3. Ship to address with destination phone number and any special instructions.
4. We do not accept verbal purchase orders. All purchase orders must be faxed or mailed to our office.

Shipping Information:
Most orders are shipped via prepaid truck freight; we ship this way because it provides the fastest and safest mode of transport for our products. Smaller products usually ship via UPS or FedEx. We use a wide variety of carriers to provide timely affordable service to you the customer.

The freight company will notify you prior to delivery to make arrangements. The drivers are subject to a number of regulations , one of which is that they are not required to give any assistance in unloading freight. Please be prepared for "curbside" delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s) and placing them in your home or business.
